Terms of Service

1.What Nevernevermore is

Nevernevermore turns a goal you choose into a 90-day path of objectives, milestones and daily missions, and turns proof of your progress into illustrated collectible cards. Paths and missions are written with the help of AI. They are suggestions to help you act, not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Use your own judgement, and only do what is safe and lawful for you.

2.Your account

You can use parts of Nevernevermore without an account. To keep your progress across devices or to buy a pass, you sign in with your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 13 to use Nevernevermore, and 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.

3.The pass and billing

• The Nevernevermore Pass is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Account, then Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes.
• If a renewal payment fails, we and Stripe may retry it. Your access may be paused if payment cannot be collected.

4.Ink

Ink is an in-app credit used to illustrate cards. The pass includes a monthly amount, and pass holders can buy more. Ink has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and is not a gift card or stored-value account.

5.Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, email hello@nevernevermore.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where the purchase was a mistake or the service did not work as described. Ink that has already been used to illustrate cards is not refundable. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

6.Your content

Your goals, writing, photos and cards are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Nevernevermore for you, including sending them to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload proof you have the right to share, and do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that shows other people without their permission.

If you choose to publish a public link to your collection, anyone with that link can see it until you turn it off.

7.Using Nevernevermore fairly

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, get around payments or limits, scrape it, or use it to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or harmful to others. We may suspend accounts that do.

8.Changes and availability

We are improving Nevernevermore constantly, and features may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.

9.Limits of our responsibility

Nevernevermore is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
